I like to live with my periodic delusions, but here it is:
I am not now, nor have I ever been, in ANY way, even remotely "Cool."
Don't believe me?
I just spent the last few hours making paper beads (because they're very green and inexpensive) with which I plan to make jewelry. That's right: paper beads. AND I've started COLLAGING two picture frames.
Buying pretty scrapbook paper and getting to walk around Michaels and look at all of the Christmas stuff they've put out already was the highlight of my week.
MY WEEK.
And I don't even feel bad about it. So there.

what does cool mean?
Typically, if you know the difference in Star Wars and Star Trek and have at any point in your life been the victim of a 'pants'-ing, Society would say you aren't cool. Added to the fact that you know the names and life stories of every character in the Harry Potter books and how the movies differ from the source material, you become an UBER dork. You are, however, cool in MY book since we nerds have to stick together. ;-)
